1) Why our capital in MTI, will be put in Rands? .. If the Bitcoin rises, we would be losing.

2) Those of us who never had referrals or binary bonuses, will the total invested be returned to us plus the equivalent of the rise in bitcoin?

3) Is there a lawyer among you who speaks Spanish?

4) There is a lot of disbelief in filling out the form. We don’t know who to trust. How is the settlement mechanism if there are several law firms?

    Sharon · 02/01/2021 at 12:33 am

    Hi David,

Please watch the videos posted on our website, as we have covered these questions.
Regarding a Spanish speaking Lawyer, I will have to enquire. It is 02h00 here in SA, please allow me to find out and I will get a post created about foreign languages etc.

    Blessings,
    Sharon

      David herrera · 02/01/2021 at 4:41 am

Gracias Sharon…desafortunadamente muchos de nosotros de habla hispana, no sabemos ingles…solo hay un video con subtítulos. Los demás no

There are quiet few of us here in Canada. Would you be able to recommend us a lawyer or guide us to the right direction as to what we should be doing?

Does those forms you were sharing mean anything to us? Can we use them or wait until Canadian lawyer is available?

Thanks and looking forward to attending the zoom meeting later today. (Jan 2nd 7pm)

Mark Jackson · 02/01/2021 at 8:17 pm

I think I have missed a lot.
Why can’t I withdraw my money?

Dan · 02/01/2021 at 8:44 pm

Hey from Australia.

Why did MTI support send me and others an email saying to join RAG group for updates? Why would they send this if they have been involved in this fraud/scam?

Also has the private investigator found Johhann

And also what date is the deadline for launching legal action?

Thanks, Dan.

Dan · 02/01/2021 at 9:37 pm

Why did my comment get deleted??

I wrote RE why MTI support sent an email to me and many asking for me to join RAG group. Why would that send this if they were involved in the scam/fraud?

Please be transparent

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 5:36 am

    Hi Dan

The RAG group prides themselves as being very transparent.

Please listen to the recordings of the zoom calls which addressed your question.

You will find them on this website.

    Kind regards
    Benita

      Jayne · 04/01/2021 at 4:34 pm

If the group prides itself on being transaparent why are comments being deleted rather than addressed, my comment in response to another person with the same concerns as mine (along with their comment) was also deleted. People are rightly sceptical and deleting comments or just referring people to Zoom meetings is NOT addressing their concerns, if anything it is making them more concerned. I certainly feel more concerned than I did before, and will continue to be so until you adress our concerns with the transparency you claim to take pride in.

        Benita Bosman · 04/01/2021 at 6:28 pm

        Hi Jayne

There is a zoom call on right now where investors are addressed by Messrs Pierre du Toit (Attorney) and Xenophon Dippenaar (Kapono Auctioneers).

        Meeting id: 976-281-33551
        Password: 385 742

As you can appreciate we cannot privately answer comments of 280 000 investors. This is why we conduct zoom calls to reach as much people as possible at the same time.

Recordings of these zoom calls are available if you missed them.

I can just inform you that we are less than 10 people who are trying to answer 1000 comments per day.

        Kind regards
        Benita

Nathan R · 03/01/2021 at 2:56 am

Where is the list of recommended USA firms? I think I submitted a for to south african firms?

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 5:10 am

    Hi Nathan

You had to only submit a form in South Africa in order for a liquidator to be appointed here.

MTI’s Head Office is in South Africa and the case will be heard in a court of law in South Africa.

    Kind regards
    Benita

mohamid · 03/01/2021 at 2:58 am

Francis Jude Manansala · 04/01/2021 at 5:31 am

      Hi,
How do I know if the requisition form which I sent via email last January 1, 2021(Philippine time) has been received?

        Benita Bosman · 04/01/2021 at 11:58 am

        Hi Francis

The liquidators don’t have time to acknowledge all the submissions of requisitions.

You will still get opportunity to submit your claim. All the details will be on this website.

        Please signup to our newsletter.

        Kind regards

May God keep you all safe and healthy.

Louis · 03/01/2021 at 9:52 am

I think our moneys in mti or pending withdrawal should stay either in btc and not in usd or zar value as we loose alot when the btc strengthen

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 10:35 am

    Hi Louis

The liquidators will handle the claims to their best knowledge and our best interest.

    Kind regards
    Benita

    Barry · 03/01/2021 at 5:48 pm

Totally agree! The payout should remain in BTC, (if there will be any) as that is what we invested, NOT Rand.

      Benita Bosman · 04/01/2021 at 2:30 pm

      Hi Barry

Russel · 03/01/2021 at 4:57 pm

So what is the plan?
Where will you get the wallet addresses from? Where will you then get the 2nd factor Authentication for any transactions out of the wallet? Seems to me that this is just pie in the sky, with zero chance of securing anything for anyone.

Dario bonardi · 03/01/2021 at 5:19 pm

Hello, I find it suspicious that they contacted me from the MTI technical support email, who is the one with my BTC, please I need clarification on this question

james · 04/01/2021 at 4:26 am

If BTC was invested and the MTI and brokerage accounts are denominated in BTC and the liquidators claim they must work in Rand, then the liquidators need to catch up with the times because they know jack.

James · 04/01/2021 at 4:30 am

Did MTI ever make money from trading and are our profits really there or are our trading pool profits paper profits only?

Annetjie · 04/01/2021 at 8:32 am

Good day, Should I 2FA DISABLE all my team’s accounts? What happens if my phone gets lost, broken or stolen?? There is no support team to assist me. We will not be able to get into our accounts. Maybe if we Disable the account it will be better. Please assist.

Ravi Madan · 04/01/2021 at 2:17 pm

A crime was supposedly committed by a South African company that is regulated by a SA entity. The company also has a physical presence in SA. Why then is a legal professional from USA involved with the RAG team? If a regulator in USA has a case against MTI would they not be better served by seeking assistance from the liquidator? If investors in USA decide to appoint their own lawyer to protect their interest, they could do that and seek advice from RAG team too. They do not need to be a part of RAG.
Please help me understand this especially because you have mentioned having lawyers from other countries involved as well.
Thanks
