2.Power of Attorney Mandate - ref MTI NUMBER - yymmdd (date in reverse order) - YOUR FULL NAMES- POAM

Max. file size: 256 MB.

3.Statement of Truth - ref MTI NUMBER - yymmdd (date in reverse order) - YOUR FULL NAMES- SOT

Max. file size: 256 MB.

Only for non South African residents

4.Copy of ID - MTI NUMBER - yymmdd (date in reverse order) - YOUR FULL NAMES- CCID (notarized)

Max. file size: 256 MB.

(this can be your ID, Passport, anything proving your identity, not necessarily your South African Id)

5.Proof of bank account - ref MTI NUMBER - yymmdd (date in reverse order) - YOUR FULL NAMES- PBA

Max. file size: 256 MB.

(we require the bank letter/ statement to show the account name, sort code/ branch number and account number to effect paymemnts into your account)

6.Proof of Transactions to attach(you can attach multiple files below) use the ref MTI NUMBER - yymmdd (date in reverse order) - YOUR FULL NAMES- POT1, POT2 etc
