BRONZE PACKAGE

Guidance Support Service - £7.85*  (per 30 min)

One-on-one client support via Signal, Whatsapp or internet screen share. The Client is shown how to perform the functions directly.  The Guidance Service entails more than just an instructional email. Direct one-on-one assistance, up to 30 min.

GOLD PACKAGE

Administrative Support Service - £12.75* (per 60 min)

One-on-one help with activation of the account, the mobile app, uploading and accessing documents. The assistance can be via a zoom, google or Signal meet.. Up to 1 hour.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

VIP Support Service - £27.77 * (per 60 min)

One-on-one exclusive service in help preparing the claim and verifying client accounts.  This can be done via email or a zoom meeting. Documents can be sent to the GetaQuid representative to upload. Up to 1 hour.

* Time allocated to the period of the session booked, whether or not the full time allocation is used.  Unused time cannot be carried over to a following session.

Payment needs to be effected via direct bank transfer to GetaQuid’s Tide account, a Stripe or Paypal invoice payment. An appointment will be made, and confirmed on receipt of the session fee.  The fee will be forfeited and is not refundable should the client not be able to attend the session so booked, for any reason, or the session interrupted for any reason.. The session funds can be carried over to a different session or refunded should the GetaQuid representative not attend for any reason or if the session should be interrupted as a result of a technical issue and not be able to resume effectively..  The time carried forward will be for the remaining fraction of the session still to be completed.
