Request to Have 2nd Meeting of Creditors Delayed

A request has been sent to the Lawyers representing the MTI Liquidators to request a delay of the 2nd meeting of creditors scheduled for 4 February 2022.

The value of the second meeting of creditors will be greatly determined by the outcome of the court case scheduled for March 2022.
