Mervin Horstmann · 31/12/2020 at 8:41 am

Taking the current MTI circumstances in consideration, we all need to receive our bitcoin back from MTI. By entrusting MTI, we invested money to buy bitcoin and entrusted MTI to grow our bitcoin in order to provide us with a monthly withdrawals to survive financially during these difficult times. Kindly let me know if you require further info. Thank you!

    Sharon · 02/01/2021 at 2:36 am

    Hi Mervin,

As an MTI Investor, I did the same. We all in this together, but we have the right team behind us.

ABSOLUTELY YES! This is not the time to claim yet.

Stacey · 31/12/2020 at 10:33 am

Hi, this communication is short notice and there is no automatic email that comes to the people who were affected by this scam. Therefore, this is not a legitimate form of communication this merely serves your own interest in claiming that there was communication with the rest of us.

    Sharon · 02/01/2021 at 2:11 am

    Hi Stacey,

We are trying to spread the word by consistently posting videos, doing zooms, putting info on the telegram groups and asking everyone here to help spread the word. We are NOT MTI or MTI Management or MTI Board, so we are having to do this from scratch.

    Blessings,
    Sharon

Sarah Skhosana · 31/12/2020 at 1:02 pm

Dear ALL Liquidation Team

I have listened to your video of pre meeting today, I have a concern I heard that people are going to get their initial Investment my problem is that people had hope with MTI that their lives will be changed as we all know poverty in SA, I had a one lady my downline who is a widow with seven kids she had all her hope with MTI with what she have accumulated now as the Bitcoin is currently high. If you say people will get their Initial Investment this will be painful to many, not only her even myself I am a single mother with children at school I also put my hope to MTI to assist me with school fees and other things that I cannot do alone. If this process is for ALL MTI member with due respect I will really request this to be reviewed people to get what they have in their accounts. I believe that we all have different problems in our lives that we believe that MTI will assist us. I will appreciate if my concern and my request can be address. Thank you in advance

    Sharon · 02/01/2021 at 1:49 am

    Hi Sarah,

I too am a single parent, so I relate to everything you just said. Once the liquidators are list4ed by the Court (Which should happen in the next week) then the process starts and we will keep everyone updated on the website. The BTC amount will be a heavy topic of discussion in the next few weeks, but we will keep to our promise of always being transparent and factual.

    Blessings,
    Sharon

In addition to my previous comments:
All Pending Withdrawals must also be added to each Member’s (Investor) Income Wallet Balance to establish the full balance of each individual Member.

Keeta · 02/01/2021 at 5:28 am

Will we have to submit a requisition form for each account under us? I opened up accounts for my children. They r under age. So what do you recommend I do? Should I transfer their amounts into my account?

    William Grimes · 02/01/2021 at 9:58 am

You submit one form per individuals that invested funds. If its all your funds then add the total together and submit one form only.

Peter Dally · 02/01/2021 at 1:48 pm

Good afternoon Sharon.
I’m concerned that I’ve made a wrong choice of Liquidator. I nominated Herman Bester from Tygerberg Trustees right at the beginning of the Rag process. However, his experience is not as good as that of Christopher Roos, or Xen Dippenaar.
Can I change my nomination to either of these two gentleman instead of Herman Bester? I’ve not seen Herman or any other person representing Tygerberg Trustees on the zoom call, which is a bit concerning.
Regards
Peter Dally

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 1:22 pm

Christian Hough · 02/01/2021 at 8:16 pm

Hi all at RAG.

Thank you so much for what you are doing for us. I appreciate you must have a massive workload and I commend you for doing all the probono at the moment.

I’ve emailed my form in to one of the recommended liquidators, but was a little concerned that they have not opened my email yet a couple of days later. At this stage I know that as long as my form gets there, its all good and in time they will. It hasn’t bounced back so I know it was delivered successfully. I’ll just keep an eye out for it.

It was quite interesting for me when I traced my bitcoin flow from my MTI wallet. After about 6 or 7 transfers from one wallet to another where the whole amount that went in, went out again, it then started getting split up in equal payments to seperate wallets. I can only speculate that this is where it was decided up between the big guys in the company.

Anyway, I’m sure that in time, we’ll get the majority back.

Thanks for your great work. 👍🏻

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 12:01 pm

    Hi Christian

    Thank you for your support.

It is imperative that we all stay positive and support the people who are working on our behalf to get our Bitcoin back.

Juan Torres · 03/01/2021 at 2:57 am

This is really a disaster that happened to so many investors that we trust in MTI.
I am from Argentina and I hope it will be solved soon.
I know this is just beginning, but I think we should claim our BTC or the current value at the time of the judicial decision.
The price of BTC is going up day by day and we are losing a lot.

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 4:59 am

    Hi Juan

The very first step is to get a liquidator appointed.

And also besides the total investment pool we also need our Bitcoin that we deposited to MTI to increase our investment that was not yet approved by MTI but they acknowledged receiving our Bitcoins. We want to know if this also forms part of what we will get in return

Rob Thunder · 03/01/2021 at 10:34 am

Good day Sharon/RAG Management

There is an assumption that there was NO trading going whatsoever and that this was just another elaborate Ponzi Scheme. In that scenario there would have been NO growth in the amount of BTC members thought they were earning. The Trading profits, Binary commissions, Referral commissions, Leadership Bonuses would all therefore have been fake/false whatever you want to call it.
In this instance the ONLY BTC in the system was what each member actually deposited. The ONLY real growth therefore has been on the BTC price. If it transpires, as I expect it will, that the above assumption is correct then we can ONLY claim for what we actually deposited LESS any withdrawals we were lucky enough to get through. This will necessitate doing a COMPLETE AUDIT on every members account. Those that withdrew MORE than they ever deposited would therefore have benefitted from the losses of others.
Each and every claim will need to be verified.
To compound matters many members had set up multiple accounts for other family members often using the same email address.
Does this then mean that each and every family member would have to submit individual claims?
Remember there was no KYC (know your client) done so in effect ONE member could have multiple accounts within a single family unit – I know many people did this and all accounts were funded by the same individual.
I am sure anyone reading this will see that this possibility presents some serious obstacles.

Given the enormity of this task kindly advise as to how RAG will be addressing the claims and the auditing thereof – especially given that many investors are not based in South Africa and the membership base runs into 10s of thousands of people.
I don’t expect that you can answer this Sharon but maybe you could get the Legal Team to address this request.
In the meantime I would like to extend my thanks to all the people behind this initiative.
I await your response.

Regards
Rob

This is a highly suspicious process that presents many questions and things that don’t make sense. The more I look at this under a microscope the more the RAG/liquidator story doesn’t make sense. First off, what exactly is being liquidated, because there is no way that MTI management have combined personal and business assets valued anywhere close to the value of the Bitcoin deposited and gained from trading, and I don’t believe this story that it was an elaborate Ponzi scheme. I am a trader and know the profits being reported were very doable, so no need for an elaborate Ponzi. I believe MTI is being taken out by government and banking authorities who do not want the people of the world getting free from their control with a massive wealth transfer of Bitcoin to the masses. MTI was growing very fast and the FSCA trying to scare people was not working. I sense that deals have been made, and the agencies of the world just are preying on people’s desperation, but want a list of people who are trying to get free. Members with hundreds of Bitcoin to lose would easily be coerced into such a deal being told that if they bait in members who had the most to lose and kept quiet, then they could keep their Bitcoin. They either have access to the Bitcoin or they don’t. They do not have jurisdiction over private agreements made between members and MTI. Either those with access to the Bitcoin are available or they are not. If they are then THEY should be the ones to release the Bitcoin to members NOT liquidators. This process that is being rushed through seems highly illegal to me, and anyone who receives any funds from this liquidation process shall be considered thieves for stealing from the 280K MTI members. RAG members claimed to not have any access to MTI systems yet many (not all) members were directed to the RAG website from MTI’s official support email address. Members should beware giving up their info to the RAG and liquidators. Johann may be being threatened to cooperate, because this whole story we have been fed plays out like a scripted movie that has been in the works for much longer then a few weeks.

    Benita Bosman · 03/01/2021 at 3:41 pm

    Hi Anonymous

Please refer to the recordings of Zoom meetings conducted to answer all the questions posed by investors.

The process is explained fully by legal experts. The appointment of a liquidator is crucial to protect the wallets of all the investors.
