Ian Theo Allis

Ian Theo Allis is an Attorney and Lawyer currently practicing in Gauteng, South Africa.
He graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a Bachelor in Commerce in 1999 and thereafter obtained his LLB from the same university in 2002. He commenced his articles with a specialist litigation firm in 2002 where he remained post admission until he established ALLIS ATTORNEYS in March of 2007. 

Since 2007, Ian Theo Allis has practiced as the director of ALLIS ATTORNEYS, during which time he has also obtained his Right of Appearance to appear and argue in the High Court.
He has also achieved several ground-breaking reported judgements and represented many clients at various courts, arbitrations and tribunal throughout his career. 

In addition to these achievements, he has also been a guest lecturer at Wits, the university he attended and graduated from. He also has experience working with the media, having worked as a legal pundit on many high-profile matters for various news and radio stations throughout his career, in addition to this he has appeared on both TV and radio as a legal commentator.

Hendrik Petrus van Staden 

Hendrik P Van Staden attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika where he studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB focused in Law.
Currently, he is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, and a member of the National Bar Council of South Africa, he’s currently located in Pretoria. He became an advocate in 2016 after completing his pupillage under Adv Carel van Heerden, he gained many skills during this time, especially regarding mining law which he has a lot of experience with. 

He has had a long history of working in the legal services industry, with a variety of skills running from Law of Armed conflict, Legal Advice, Civil Litigation, Prosecution and even Motivational Speaking. He also has in-depth knowledge and experience with Ponzi/pyramid scheme investigations and irregular business practice investigations.
