Advocate - Hendrik van Staden
Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the National Bar Council of South Africa, he is situated in Pretoria.
He has experience as an prosecutor and legal advisor since January 2014.
Further experience include Ponzi schemes investigations and litigation.
He became an Advocate in 2016 after completing his pupillage under Adv Carl van Heerden where has received much exposure to especially mining law.
Advocate - Pierre du Toit (B.Iuris / LL.B / Dip. Tax Prac.)

Mr Bester was licenced as a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner (BRP) by CIPC and took appointments as BRP during 2012

Liquidator - Riaan van Rooyen
Mr Riaan van Rooyen founded Investrust in 2007. He started his career in insolvencies in 1988, with Coopers & Leybrand, before joining the Master’s office, in Pretoria in 1991, where he gained valuable working experience and training.
