An update on the current court case:
The current court proceedings regarding various issues in relation to MTI in liquidation were completed on the 31st of May 2022. The Judge has not yet ruled, and no date for the ruling has been provided.
Video interview with Advocate Hendrik van Staden on the current status of the court case request by the Liquidators and their attorneys to have the MTI business declared an "illegal business practice".
We will shortly put out a statement regarding the possible courses of action that the judge may institute in her ruling.
The implications of Johan Steynberg possibly being extradited from Brazil may also need to be taken into consideration.
As soon as we have further information in this regard we will post to all our members.

How to calculate your claim amount?
Claim amount (total amount invested in ZAR) as at date of Liquidation @ R340 485.77 per BTC (the amount of BTC invested into MTI multiply by the amount in ZAR) if a withdrawal has been made (investment amount less the withdrawal amount) = the claim amount in ZAR. This calculation must be used for international investors.

Why do I make monthly payments when this case is going nowhere? Are we getting anywhere on this matter and what is this money being used for?

It is impossible to get support on the phone so I feel that I cannot get on with my claim! You indicated that you would assist us with filling out the forms that is why I signed up to become a member so how do I get assistance?
